Abstract

IBNU JABBAAR. Influence of Intangible Assets, R&D, and Financial Performance on the Market Value of Pharmaceutical Companies Listed in BEI 2014 - 2018 Period. This study aims to examine the effect of intangible assets, R&D, and financial performance on the value of pharmaceutical companies registered in the period of 2014 - 2018. This research uses secondary data with the population of all pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. In this study a purposive sampling method was used in which 35 samples were obtained overall. This study uses multiple linear regression to test hypotheses at the 5% significance level. From the analysis performed in this research result, it was found that only intangible asset (INTAV) had a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the R&D and ROA variables have a negative and not significant effect on the company’s market value. Keywords: Intangible Assets, R&D, Financial Performance, Firm Value
