Abstract
Agia Triana Dewi. 2020. The Effects of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Job Performance of Staff at PT DIC Astra Chemicals. Thesis, Jakarta: Bachelor’s Degree of Management, Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) to know the describe of Job Satisfaction, Workload and Job Performance at PT DIC Astra Chemicals, 2) to deterrmine the effect of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance of Staff at PT DIC Astra Chemicals, 3) to determine the effect of Workload on Job Performance of Staff at PT DIC Astra Chemicals, 4) to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Staff at PT DIC Astra Chemicals. This research was conducted to 124 staffs at PT DIC Astra Chemicals. The techniques of data collection used questionnaire and then processed by using SPSS 20.0. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The resuls of regression shows that Job Satisfactions have significant effects on Job Performance, Workload have significant effects on Job Performance, Job Satisfaction and Workload have significant effect on Job Performance.
