Abstract

Yoga Rohmat Setiyawan, 2020; The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction PT X. Thesis: Jakarta, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The Purpose of the research are: 1.) To know the description of compensation and work environment toward job satisfaction of PT X employees. 2.) To determine the influence of compensation on job satisfaction of PT X employees. 3.) To determine the influence of work environment on job satisfaction of PT X employees. This study uses descriptive analysis and explanation. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), using SmartPLS software to process it. The sample in this study used 92 employees from a total of 120 employees of PT X. The results of this study reveal that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of PT X employees. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of PT X employees. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction
