Abstract
Tasya Alifia Aureldi, 8105162569, The Effect of Organizational Justice on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Mediated by Job Satisfaction at East Jakarta Dharma Nugraha Hospital Staff, Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by job satisfaction among employees of Dharma Nugraha East Jakarta hospital. This research uses survey method with descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 157 respondents with a research sample of 110 respondents. The model used in this study is a causal model or relationship and influence, or also called path analysis. To test the hypotheses that will be proposed in this study, the model match analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated using the SMART PLS 3.0 program. In this study, a detection test of the effect of intervening variables was done through multiple tests. The results showed that organizational justice affects organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediation between them. The original sample value of the influence of these three variables is 0.324 and the t-statistic> 1,96 is 6.326. Furthermore, based on a p-value of 0,000 <0.05, the organizational justice variable influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator having a significant indirect effect. The calculation result of the sobel test gets a value of based on the p-value 0,000 <0.05, the organizational justice variable influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator having a significant indirect effect. The calculation result of the sobel test gets a value of based on the p-value 0,000 <0.05, the organizational justice variable influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator having a significant indirect effect.
