Abstract

ANNISA RIZKINA HERNITA. 2020. 1703517044. Analysis Recruitment Process and Selection At Head Office Of Adira Finance. DIII Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work has the objective to find out the recruitment process and selection in Head Office of Adira Finance. The research method that used in this paper is Analitive Descriptive by using data collection techniques such as observation, literature study, and interview with the employee. From the results obtained that human resources is an important factor to support office activities. So we need the right recruitment and selection process to get qualified employees. To get qualified employees, an optimal recruitment and selection process is needed. To solve this problem can be done by reviewing the recruitment and selection process in accordance with general procedures and making careful planning for the recruitment and selection process.
