Abstract

WIRDHA ANNISA LAKSMI. The Influence of Learning Enviroment and Learning Motivation on Learning Outcome, Class X Accounting SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2017. This research purpose is to find the influence of learning environment and learning motivation on learning outcome, class X Accounting SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. This research is conducted in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. This type of research is survey with correlation approach. Data recording, observation, and questionnaire are research technique. The techniques used for sampling is Probability Sampling with a total sample of 89 students. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between learning environment and learning outcome. It showed from the results of data analysis that t count 8,578 greater than t table 1,988. There was the partial use of learning motivation to learning outcome. It showed from the results of data analysis that t count 4,730 greater than t table 1,988. Learning environment and learning motivation has the influence to learning outcomes simultantly. It showed from the results of data analysis that f count 53,185 greater than f table 3,100. The learning environment and learning motivation to learning outcome has determination coefisien for (R 2 ) is 55,3%. The learning environment and learning outcome has the positive influence and significant. While the learning motivation and learning outcome has the positive influence and significant. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted.
