Abstract
Humairoh Sulistio Ningtias. 2020. 1703517013. Analysis The Division of Employees Workload at Balaikota DKI Jakarta Province. D-III Office Administration Study Program.Faculty of Economics.State University of Jakarta. This scientific paper will discuss the factors that influence the division of workload and the impact it has on the individual concerned. This scientific paper is made with the purpose to obtain information about the importance of the distribution of workload carried out in an agency or company.The method carried out in this paper is to use descriptive analysis, with a method of collecting various data through the literature review and observation. Based on the results of research, it knows that the division of workload at Administration and Archive Subdivision has a significant influence on the employees.Inappropriate division of workload can lead to over and under capacity at work. As a result, employees will feel too so much pressure when working, stress, burn out, loss of motivation, not valued, and even dissatisfaction at work. To minimize this occurrence, it is necessary to take a number of actions, such as providing work allowances, working in teams, and providing feedback to employees. If these things are implemented well, gradually the problems caused by the division of workload can be minimized or even eliminated. Keyword: Workload, Over Capacity, Division of Workload
