This Scientific work is written to determine of democratic leadership styleat Unit of procurement services The Ministry of Industry Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with a method of collecting various data through literature review, observation and interview. Based on the results of research on unit of procurement services it can be seen that the democratic leadership style of the head of Unit of procurement services The Ministry of Industry Republic of Indonesia have a positive influence on the relationship between personal leader and employees and it makes a good cooperation to achieve organizational goals.These influences include the creation of a good communication between employees and the leader.
