Abstract

VIRA AMANDA. 2017. 1703517036. LAISSEZ FAIRE LEADERSHIP STYLE ANALYSIS IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT OF XXX COMPANY. D3 Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State University. This scientific work aims to determine Laissez Faire leadership style of Human Resources Management Department PT XXX. The research method for this scientific used descriptive analysis method by the method of data collection through literature study, observation, and interview. From the results of the writing it can be seen that the leadership style needed ways or technique that good and right with the existence of a directionis, guidance, and encouragement of the leadership motivation on employee performance. In playing a leadership style, it requires the effectiveness of a leader in order to build good relationships. Keywords: Leadership Style, Laissez Faire
