Abstract
EKA SARIANDRIYANI, The Correlation Between Work Motivation With Organizational Commitment Of The Employees At PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat in Jakarta. Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty Economic, State University of Jakarta, June 2016. The purpose of the research is to gain the right data (authentic, true and valid) and trustworthy (reliable) from relationship between work motivation with organizational commitment. The research was conducted at PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat in Jakarta, for four months from February 2016 until May 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat in Jakarta, where as the possible populations who employees are packaging of goods and shipping of goods as many as 55 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique as many as 48 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 42,49 + 0,68X. Test requirements analysis of the normaly test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcountliliefors test = 0,0610, while the Ltable for n = 48 at 0,05 significant level is = 0,1278. Because the Lcount< Ltable than an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount< Ftable is 0,64< 2,00, so it was concluded that the linear equation regression. From test Significance regression products Fcount< Ftable, which is 22,56> 4,05, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,574, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 4,750 and ttable 1,68. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,574 is positive and significant. The coefficient of determination obtain for 32,91%, which shows that 32,91% of the variation of organizational commitment is determined by the work motivation.
