Abstract
Aditia Mufti Pratama, 2020: Effect of Interpersonal Communication and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of PT3 Employees, Thesis, Jakarta: Human Resource Management Concentration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Description of Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction of PT3 employees, (2) The effect of interpersonal communication on PT3 employee job satisfaction, (3) The effect of work environment on job satisfaction of PT3 employees. This study took a sample of 108 PT3 employees. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study has fulfilled the overall classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT3 employees, (2) the work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT3 employees, (3) Interpersonal communication and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination in this study was 39.4%. This shows that interpersonal communication and the work environment can explain employee job satisfaction by 39.4% Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis
