Abstract
FRANCAISCA ELIZABETH RUSTIARINI. The Impact of Work Discipline and Financial Compensation Toward Teacher Performance Mediated by Work Motivation on Productive Teachers of Bussiness and Management in DKI Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta. Study Program of Economic Education. Concentration of Accounting Education. Faculty of Economics. State University This study aims to determine The Impact of Work Discipline and Financial Compensation Toward Teacher Performance Mediated by Work Motivation on Productive Teachers of Bussiness and Management by using empirical data that is valid and reliable. The recency of this study, namely using the path analysis technique found that motivation due to incentives is the lowest factor in work motivation as well as many productive teachers with pure science backgrounds. The study was conducted at the public vocational high school in central and west Jakarta. The method used is a survey method. Samples used were as many as 103 people using saturated sampling techniques. The instrument used for work motivation and work discipline is questionnaire and Likert scale. Thefore, financial compensation and job performance variable’s collected by institutional document from school. The data analysis technique used is the requirements analysis test, the classic assumption test, the equation of path analysis,sobel test and correlation coefficient analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the data used were normally distributed and linear. The results of this study indicate partially, there is a positive and significant impact of work discipline and financial compensation on work motivation. Then, even partially indicate, there is a positive and significant impact of work discipline, financial compensation and work motivation on teacher performance. Through the sobel test known that there is a significant impact of work discipline and financial compensation on teacher performance mediated by work motivation.
