NOVIANTI DIAN PRATIWI.8105161700.The Effect Of Emotional Intelligence And Self-Efficacy On Academic Stress Of Accounting and Financial Students In Vocational High School 17 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta. Economic Education Study Program. Faculty of Economi, Jakarta State University. 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on academic stress of accounting and financial students in Vocational High School 17 Jakarta. The population of this study was 144 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling to obtain a sample of 105 students. Test requirements analysis is done, the data are expressed in normal and linear distribution. Based on the analysis of the results of the study concluded that partially negative and not significant effect at emotional intelligence variable (th1: -1,321), and partially negative and significant effect at self-efficacy variable (th2: - 2,019) with ttable: 1,98350. While simultaneously obtained Fcount (5,656) > Ftable (3,09) it can be concluded that the variables of emotional intelligence and selfefficacy have a negative and significant effect on academic stress by obtaining a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.316 and a coefficient of determination of 10%. This study found specifically the academic stress students of financial and accounting at Vocatinal High School 17 Jakarta influenced by emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with an influence of 10% while 90% was influenced by other factors which is not researched.
