Abstract
RANA ATHAYA MULDAYANTI. The Effect of Top Management Support, User Competence and Organization Communication to the Successful Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2020. This study was conducted to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of top management support, user competence and organization communication on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning. This research was conducted using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 55 employees of PT Nindya Karya (Persero). The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The data analysis techniques performed with SmartPLS included testing the outer model and inner model. The level of significance used in testing the hypothesis is 5%. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it shows that top management support has a significant and positive effect on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning, user competence has a significant and positive effect on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning and organizational communication has a significant and positive effect on the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning.
