The technique sampling had been used proporsional random sampling technique. So, the sample in this research was 78 respondents. The record of data that used with thecnique of document written and quesioner. Based on the test data analysis requirements, that the data has been normal and have a linear relationship. Then based on the classic assumption test, consists of multikolinearitas tests and heterokedastisitas test. First, the absence of multicollinearity for tolerance values of discipline and family environment was 0.823 > 0.1 and VIF value of 1,214 < 10. Second, heterokedastisitas test with of glejser test, the significance of discipline 0.775 > 0.05 and family environment 0.901 > 0.05. Than, regression equation model that Y . Furthermore, based on the results of the hypothesis was like F test and T test. First, based on the results of the F test with (F = 28.667 + 0.317 X1 + 0.197 X2 37,928 > Ftable 3,12). Second, based on T test results in partial variabel of discipline has T 5.160 and variabel family environment has T count = 4,199 with T table count = 1,668. If T > T , so it can be summary that both the discipline and the family environment have a significant positive influence on learning outcomes. And based on the coefficient determination, discipline and family environment together effect the learning outcomes was a lot of number 50.3% and the rest influenced by the other factors .With the lowest indicators of discipline is obey the rules, therefore, the school should provide extra supervision, provides strict sanctions and the teacher give aducation about the value of discipline to all students.
