Abstract

ABSTRACT FIRMANSYAH, 8015112290. The Influence Of Learning Environment And Learning Readiness Toward Learning Achievement On Student Of Vocational High School 48 Jakarta. script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Consentration of Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between Learning Environment And Learning Readiness Toward Learning Achievement On Student Of Vocational High School 48 Jakarta This research was carried out for three months since October 2015 until December 2015. The method of this research is survey method with correlation approach. The populations of this research are entire students at Vocational senior high school 48 jakarta. The affordable population are students grade X and XI of administration of office some 143 students. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 100 respondents. Data collecting learning achivement (Y), learning environment (X1), learning readiness (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents.. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between Learning Environment And Learning Readiness Toward Learning Achievement. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 5,640> ttable 1,666.learning readiness it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows tcount 5,750 > ttable 1,666. Learning environment and learning readiness simultaneously effect on learning achivement, it’s seen by data analysis that shows fcount 38,183 > ftable 3,103. The obtained regretion equation is. Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 is 0,440 that’s means Learning environment and learning readiness effects on learning achivement amount 44%.
