Thesis, Jakarta: Human Resource Management Concentration, Study Program S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Counselor Team: Dr. Agung Wahyu Handaru, S.T., M.M. & Dr. Christian Wiradendi Wolor, S.E., M.M. The purpose of this study are: To find out 1) Description of the work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction of employees of Subcont ACP1, PT Compotec International, 2) The influence of work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Subcont ACP1, PT. Compotec International, 3) The effect of work discipline on job satisfaction on employees of Subcont ACP1, PT Compotec International. This research was conducted on 68 employees who work at Subcont ACP1, PT Compotec International. The technique used in data collection is a survey method with instruments in the form of distributed questionnaires, then the data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 22 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory quantitative approaches, and data analysis uses regression analysis techniques. The result of T statistic for the first hypothesis is that the effect of work environment on job satisfaction is 0.000 (less than α = 0.05), then H0 hypothesis 1 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a negative and significant effect between work environment on employee job satisfaction. ACP1, PT.Compotec International Then, the T statistical results for the second hypothesis are the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction of 0.003 (less than α = 0.05), then H0 hypothesis 2 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant effect. between work discipline and job satisfaction of employees of Subcont ACP1, PT.
