Abstract
Rama Alfikri Pratama. The Influence of User Satisfaction, Information Technology Readiness, and Experience to Interest in using E-filing. Script, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University Of Jakarta, 2020. This study aims to examine the effect of use satisfaction, information technology readiness, and experience on the interest in using e-filing. The independent variables used in thus study are user satisfaction, information technology readiness, and experience. Meanwhile, the behavioral interest in using e-filing is used as the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data using a questionnaire. The sample used in this study is an individual taxpayer who is registered at the KPP Bekasi Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique with a total of 70 individual taxpayers who used e-filing. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression methods using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it proves that user satisfaction, information technology readiness, and experience influence the interest in using e-filing. The independent variable used in this study is able to explain the dependent variable by 58,4%. Keywords: User Satisfaction, Information Technology Readiness, Experience, Intention in Using E-filing
