Abstract

ABSTRACT NURUL SYAHRIYANTI 8015128065. Correlaction of incentive with morale by employees working at PT. CITRA INTERLINDO in Cikarang. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Concentration Education Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta in 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is any relationship between incentives to employee morale PT. Citra Interlindo in Cikarang. This research was conducted for four months starting in February 2016 until May 2016. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Interlindo image numbering 225. Population Division inaccessibility Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC), Panel, Quality Control, Maintenance totaling 128 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 95 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data on the variable X (incentives) is measured using data provided by PT. Citra Interlindo. For variabrl Y (morale) were measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis technique begins with finding regression equation obtained is y = 55.59 + 0.105 X. normality test results Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0.077 while Ltabel = 0.091 for Lhitung <Ltabel the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with a significance test of regression produces Fhitung 42.08 and Ftabel of 3.96. Fhitung (42.08)> F table (3.96), which means a significant regression equation. Regression linearity test produces Fhitung Ftabel by 1.72 and 0.96. Of F (1,72) <F table (0.96) thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Furthermore, the product moment correlation coefficient generating rhitung = 0.558. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient significance test by using t-test. produce thitung (6.49)> t table (1.67). Based on the results of these studies conclude that there is a relationship between the incentive to morale in the employees of PT. Citra Interlindo. With coefficient determination test results obtained 31.15% meal can be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between the incentive to morale.
