Abstract

ABSTRACT VERDANA AKBAR. 8105128099. The effect of work motivation, job satisfaction on organizational commitment employee at PT Guna Cahaya Synergie . Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between work motivation, job satisfaction on organizational commitment employee at PT. Guna Cahaya Synergie. This research was carried out for three months since Mei 2016 until July 2016. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the employee at at PT. Guna Cahaya Synergie. The affordable population were all the employee at at PT. Guna Cahaya Synergie with total 114 employee. Sampling techniques used was simple random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 84 respondents. Data organizational commitment (Y) work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between work motivation with organizational commitment. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 7,391 > ttabel 1,663. Job satisfaction partially effects on commitment organizational, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows thitung 5,706 > ttabel 1,663. Work motivation and job satisfaction effect on commitment organizational, it’s seen by data analysis that show Fhitung 90,613 > Ftabel (3,11). The obtained regretion equation is Ý = 11,345+ 0,276 X1 + 0,247 X2. Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 is 0,691 that’s means work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) effects on organizational commitment (Y) amount 69,1%.
