Abstract

ABSTRACT VITA NOVIANA DEWI. 8105128101. The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Employees at PT. SINAR ANDARU. Skripsi, Jakarta: Econimocs of Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State Univesity of Jakarta. 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between job satisfaction and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior among employees of PT. SINAR ANDARU. This research was conducted for 3 months from marth to may 2016. Research method which is used, servey method. The population in this study was 78 employees in PT. SINAR ANDARU and researchers took 62 employees as samples by using proportional random technique. Instruments used to obtain data on the variabel X1 (job satisfaction), X2 (organizational climate) dan Y (organizational citizenship behavior), it was measured by using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Then, the data is tested by validity and realibility, and analysis through multiple regression technique and classical assumption test. The hypothesis was tested significant at the 0,05 margin of error using t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result showed job satisfaction and organizational climate have positif and significant toward organizational citizenship behavior among employees with regression equation Ý = 46.427 + 0,332 X1 + 0,280 X2. From the analysis of the data, it obtained that Fhitung is 35.670 > Ftabel 3,15. This mean the hypothesis stated that there is any significant influensi between job satisfaction and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior among employees is received. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of R² is 54,7% whlie the remaining 45,3% is influence by other factor that is not examined. Based on this results suggested for the management company to be able to rise the satisfaction on employees and improve organizational climate in order to improve organizational citizenship behavior of employees.
