Abstract

ABSTRACT NOFITRI UTAMI. 8105112213. The Influence of peer environment and learning motivation in grades on learning achievement students at SMKN 50 Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Consentration of Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine the Influence of peer environment and learning motivation on learning achievement students in grade in SMKN 50 Jakarta. This research was carried out for three months since October 2015 until December 2015. The method of this research is survey method with correlation approach. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMK AP in Jakarta totaling 68 students. Based on the table and sample population with an error level of 5%, then obtained a sample of 58 students by using proportional random technique. To collect data independent variable X1 used the Likert scale model for the Environment Peer (X1) and independent variables X2 used the Likert scale model of learning motivation (X2), and with a documentation method to retrieve the data variable learning achievement (Y). The data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis which consists of a test of normality and linearity test, test path analysis, hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial effect between peer environment on learning achievement. It can be seen from the results of data analysis showed thitung thitung value (5.460)> t table (1.673). Motivation to learn partial effect on student achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount (3.771)> t table (1.673). Peer environment and motivation to learn simultaneously affect the learning achievement, it is seen from the analysis of data that showed the value of F 38.553> Ftabel 3.17. The regression equation obtained was Y = 0,365X 1 + 0,529X2 + 0,416. Based on the obtained test determination coefficient R2 value of 0.584, which means peer environment (X) and motivation learning (X 2) effect on learning achievement (Y) amounted to 58.4%.
