ABSTRACT AYUDIA NARISA NOVITASARI. 8105132216. The Influence Of Compensation and Work Environment To Performance Of Employee at PT Kartika Naya Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economics Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. May 2017 This study aims to determine whether there is influence compensation and work environment to performance of employee at PT. Kartika Naya Jakarta. This research was conducted for five months from January to May 2017. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population in this research were all employees at PT. Kartika Naya Jakarta. Population affordability are all employees of the production division amounted to 78 employees. The sample used in this research was 58 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Performance) are secondary data obtained from labor performance data in April 2017. While the variable X1 (Compensation) and variable X2 (Work Environment) instrument used was questionnaire using Likert scale models. Before use, be tested construct validity through a validation process that is calculation of corelation coefficient score of grains with a total score and reliability tests with Cronbach Alpha formula. Results X1 variable reliability of 0,912 and X2 variabel reliability of 0,77 and prove that the instrument reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 begins with finding test requirements analysis is the normality test using methods Komolgrov Smirnov Z and can value X1 amounted to 0,999, X2 0,736, and Y was 0,760 of which were greater than 0,05 then data normal distribution. Then look for a test the classical assumption of multkcolinearity and heteroscedastisity test. From the multkcolinearity test result Tolerance of 0,83, value greater than 0,1 and VIF is 1,191 less than 10, it can be concluded that there was no trouble multkcolinearity. Next look for heteroscedastisity test with Spearman’s rho test, which resulted is significance value X1 0,476 and X2 0,699. Because the significance value greater than 0,05 then there is no problem heteroscedastisity. Then regression equation obtained was Y= 49,210+0,341X1+0,230X2. Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA tables, known F arithmatic R24,755 >F table R3,16. T test produces tR arithmatic of compensation 4,512>tR table R1,673 and tR arithmatic Rof work environment 3,139>tRtable R1,673. Then test coefficient of determination obtained results of 47,4%, the remaining 52,6% influenced by other factors not examined. It is concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between compesation and work environment to performance of employee at PT. Kartika Naya Jakarta. Keywords: Performance, Compensation, Work Environment
