Abstract

ABSTRACT MILA KAMELIA 8105132214, The Influence of Utilization of Learning Resources and Motivation Learning on Learning Outcome of Students at 50 Vocational High School Jakarta. Study Program of Office Administration, Faculty of Economy, Jakarta State University, June 2017. This researches purpose is to find out the influence of the use of learning resources and learning motivation on student learning outcomes of office outomation in 50 Vocational High School either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is survey method with correlation approach. Data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation techniques. Total population in this study were all students of 50 Vocational High School, amounting to 632 students. With an affordable population of X Office Administration class students at 50 Vocational High School, amounting to 72 students. So the sample of 62 students of X Office Administration class in 50 Vocational High School. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analisys of the data found that there was a partially significant influence between the use of learning resources with student learning outcomes of office outomation. Can be seen from the results of data analysis that showed of tcount 6.561 is greater than the value of ttable 1.671. Meanwhile, the partial use of motivation learning is also a significant influence with learning outcomes of office outomation, this can be seen from the analisys of the data, it is seen from showed t count 5.808 is greater than the value of ttable 1.671. Utilization of learning resources and motivation learning effect simultaneously to the learning outcomes of office outomation. Can be seen from the result of data analysis showed the value of Fcount 45.499 is greater than the value of 3.153 Ftabel and significance value 0,000 <0,0. Coefficient of determination (R2) between the utilization of learning resources and motivation learning on learning outcomes of office outomation 60.7%. Result of hypothesis test yield conclusion that 1. Utilization of learning source have positive effect to learning result of office automation which means that if the utilization of learning resource increase. 2. Intrinsic learning motivation has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of office automation which means that if the learning motivation increases. 3. Utilization of learning resources and intrinsic learning motivation has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of office automation.
