Abstract
ABSTRACT Mirsya Syamratul.F. 8105132225. The Effect Of Work Motivation and Career Development To Job Satisfaction On Employee PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia . Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Departement Of Economy And Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect work motivation and career development to job satisfaction On employee PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia . This research was conducted during March, starting from March 2017 until May 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employee PT.Telekomunikasi indonesia Jakarta Selatan with the inaccessible population of employees (Access & Service Operation section, Home Service section and Network Area and Logistics & General Support section. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the work motivation and career development. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 5,614 > value ttabel 1,986. Then there is a partial influence between independent work motivation and career development. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 3,799>ttabel value 1,986. work motivation and career development independent simultaneously affect the job satification, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of F hitung of 38, 670 >Ftabel value of 3.10. The regression equation obtained is Y = 41,807+0,590X1 +0,322X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0,457 which means work motivation (X1) and career development (X2) affect the job satification (Y) of 45,7%.
