Abstract

Fatimah Mulia Asih. The influence of Discipline Learning and Facilities Learn to the Result of Learning Students in Class X Accounting Class in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2016. This researceh purpose is to find out the influence of disipline learning and facilities of learning to result of learning of students on the group of subject accounting productive, X accounting class in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Data recording and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 122 students with a sample of 93 students of X accounting class in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analisys of the data found that there was a partial effect between achievement motivation toward learning achievement. Can be see from the result of data analysis showed t 3,746 greater than t 1,98. Meanwhile, the partial use of facilities of learning are affected by learning achievement, it is seen from showed t table 3,481 greater than t table count 1,98. Simultaneously there is influence of discipline learning and facilities of learning to learning achievement. Can be seen from the result of data analysis showed F count value 26,247 is greater than the value of 3,10 F . There was a significant positive influence of achievement motivation and facilities of learning to learning achievement of students on the group of subjects accounting productive with R for 0,607 and determiination coefisien for (R 2 ) was 38,6%. The result of research shows that disipline learning and facilities of learning affect high low the result of learning students who achieved. Therefore the condition be must good, and the availability of facilities studied at school be must to complete and deserve used, for the activites of learning can walk with effective everyday so that the results of learning students can continue with excellent.
