Abstract

FATMANIA INDRIANA. The Influence Self-Efficacy to Achievement Motivation Students Class X in SMK Putra Bangsa Depok. Consentration in Accounting Education, Department of Economics And Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta 2016. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of self-efficacy to achievement motivation students class X in SMK Putra Bangsa Depok by using empirical data and facts are valid and reliable This research conduct at SMK Putra Bangsa Depok. The research method use is survey method. The population in this study is students class X (Accounting and Office Administration) SMK Putra Bangsa Depok as many as 120 people. The sample used as many as 89 people. The sampling technique in this study is proportional sampling. To get data from two variables, researcher using likert scale model for self-efficacy (variable X) and achievement motivation (variable Y) Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 80,10 + 0,22 X. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors. Lcount < L (0,0390 < 0,0939) It mean the data are normally distributed. On the liniearity the regression test we got the result F count (0,87) < F table table (1,65) which can be conclude that the regression model is linear. As for the meaningful test obtained F (4,62) > F (3,95), indicating that the regression equation means. The test result by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained r table = 0,49831. This means there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy to achievement motivation of students class X in SMK Putra Bangsa Depok. From the t-test calculations obtained t count = 5,361 > t = 1,98 indicating a significant relationship between self-efficacy (variable X) to achievement motivation (variable Y). From the calculation result obtained 24,83% coefficient of determination so it can be said that the variable Y achievement motivation is determined by the variable X self-efficacy of 24,83%.
