Abstract

Adi Kuncoro, 2016; The Influence of Website Design, Online Service Quality, And Price On Customer Satisfaction Airlines Ticket Traveloka.com At International Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Skripsi, Jakarta: Marketing Management Concentration, Management Over the Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purposes of this reserach are: (1) To notice the affect between website design on customer satisfaction airlines ticket Traveloka.com . (2) To notice the affect between online service quality on customer satisfaction airlines ticket Traveloka.com .(3) To notice the affect between price on on customer satisfaction airlines ticket Traveloka.com. (4) To notice the affect between website design, online quality service, and price on customer satisfaction airlines ticket Traveloka.com. Sampels in this research are the people who have ever used or buy at least three times airlines ticket in Traveloka.com. The number of sample in this research are 100 respondent on International Soekarno-Hatta Airport. This research uses quantitative method with multiple regression analysis technique, and a data anlysis tools uses SPSS version 23. The results of examine hypotesis shows: (1) there isaffect between website design andcustomer satisfaction with the significantly value of 0,001 and T value 3,308. (2) there is affect between online service quality and customer satisfaction with significant value 0,030 and T value 2.207. (2) there is no affect between price and customer satisfaction with significant value 0,974 and T value 0.030. (4) there is affect website design, online service quality and price together toward customer satisfaction with the significantly value of 0,000 and F value - 12,698 Keywords: Website design, online service quality, price,customer satisfaction.
