Abstract

ANUGRAH AMAR MA’ARUF. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kenyamanan Toko, dan Promosi Penjualan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Survei Pada Pelanggan Ramayana Department Store Mal Blok M). Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2017. The purpose of this study was to: (1) to test empirically the influence of product quality toward customer satisfaction on visitors Ramayana Department Store Mal Blok M, (2) to test empirically the influence of store convenience toward customer satisfaction on visitors Ramayana Department Store Mal Blok M, (3) to test empirically the influence of sales promotion toward customer satisfaction on visitors Ramayana Department Store Mal Blok M. Methods of data collection using the survey method with instrument in the form of questionnaires. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have ever shopped or transactions conducted at least three times or more within a period of 6 months from the time of the study. The data analysis tools using SPSS version 22 for processing and analyzing research data. The result of descriptive test shows that product quality, store convenience, and sales promotion of Ramayana Department Store Mal Blok M still less so that customer satisfaction also less. The hypothesis test shows: (1) there is influence between product quality toward customer satisfaction, (2) there is influence between store convenience toward customer satisfaction, (3) there is influence between sales promotion toward customer satisfaction.
