Study Programe of Diploma Secretary. Major of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific work aimed to determine the application of the work motivation of employees in the Subsection Correspondence, Archives , and Multification in the Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan ( BPKP ). The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through literature study and observation. From the results of this paper can be that to improve performance employee required high work motivation that is based on intent, commitment, and to achieve good performance and job satisfaction.
