The results of the analysis of the data showed that: the level of education and income per capita is negative and significant effect on poverty in West Java. With the regression equation K = 112,4579 to 22,42683 LnTP – 6,240747 LnPP, it has a meaning that if there is an increase in the education level of one per cent would lead to poverty decreased by 22,42683 and if there is an increase in the per capita income of the trillion rupiah will cause poverty decreased by 6,240747. R2 value of 0,869 indicates that 86,9% of poverty in West Java can be explained by the level of education and income per capita. Keywords: Poverty, education level, income per capita
