Abstract

ABSTRACT TRI HARTANTO. The Differences Between Employee Job Satisfaction Getting The Job Enrichment with Not Getting The Job Enrichment at PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama (Jak tv). Script, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2012. This research aim to get the correct fact or data ( sahih, true, valid) and realible to know whether there are satisfaction difference work the employees between getting work enrichment ( job enrichment) with not getting the job enrichment at PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama ( Jak tv). Research executed at PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama ( Jak tv) during two months that is November till December 2011. Research method in used is method survey with the approach of causal comparative. This Research population is all employees PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama ( Jak tv) and population reaching is division of Daily News & CA amounting to 70 employees. Sampel taken amount to 58 employees of pursuant to quantification with the tables issac consisted of 28 employees getting job enrichment and 30 employees which do not get the job enrichment, by using proportional random Ssampling. In normality test by using liliefors formula, got biggest value L =0,1072, L table for n = 28 with the level signifikan 0,05 is 0,161. L , for the group of X1. While In calculation test the normality with the test liliefors, got biggest value L coun = 0,1000, L table coun for the n = 30 with the level signifikan 0,05 is 0,161. L coun < L , for the group of X2. Inferential thereby second data of variable have normal distribution. In homogeneity test with the formula F obtained F count table = 1,40 and Ft able (0,05;27;29) = 1,85, so that 1,40 < 1,83 (F < Ft ). Inferential thereby that variansi of group of I and Group II is homogeneous. Next step is hypothesis test. The hypothesis test done with the test of difference of mean or uji-t. Pursuant to calculation result by uji-t obtained t able = 4,15. Later then the price compared by level signifikan = 0,05 that is 5% ( 0,05) and degree of freedom ( dk) = 56 is 2,02. By comparing t count by t than hence obtained t count = 4,15 > t table which have been compiled that if t < L table = 2,02 pursuant to criterion of decision making count >t table , inferential hence H refused that mean research hypothesis accepted. Pursuant to inferential above mentioned research result hence that there are satisfaction difference work the employees between getting job enrichment with do not get the job enrichment at PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama ( Jak tv).
