Abstract

Via Sukmawaty. The Effect Of Compensation to Work Motivation Civil Service Agency National for Population and Family Planning Center Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Economic Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to gain information and knowledge based on data or facts that is valid, trustworthy and true about how much The Effect Of Compensation to Work Motivation Civil Service Agency National for Population and Family Planning Center. This study uses a survey method. The data obtained from the questionnaires used work motivation and secondary data of compensation for performance benefits. The sampling technique used in this study is the technique of simple random sampling. Affordable in this study population was 38 employees of the Bureau of Finance and Management of State Property (BMN) and the samples used by Slovin formula is 35 employee. The regression equation in this study is Ŷ = 77,35 + 0.409 X. Test requirements analysis, estimation error normality test regression Y over X obtained by test Liliefors (Lo) 0.071 <Ltabel (Lt) 0.149. This indicates that the regression model were normally distributed. While the linearity of regression testing obtained Calculate Faccount (0,94) <F table (2.27). This shows that the linear regression model. Test the significance of regression is known that F Calculate the mean regression model (19,35)> F table (4.121). From hypothesis testing with test the product moment correlation coefficient of Pearson obtained rxy = 0.616, then this means that there is a positive effect of the Compensation to Work Motivation. From the t-test calculation is known Taccount (4.49)>Ttable (1.692), so this shows that there are significant effect (significant) of the compensation to work motivation. While the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained value 37,95% which indicates that the work motivation is influenced by the compensation of 37,95%.
