Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about organization culture at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero). Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data through library and observation. From writing result can conclude that to improve cultural organization to a positive direction, required support efforts. Including by providing training to culture organization either through a method of lectures and simulation. Keyword: Organization Culture
