Abstract

ABSTRACT ADILA NURLIANA SARI. The Influence of Work Culture and Work Motivation towards Employee Performance in Solusi Credit Union DKI Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Economics Cooperative Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2014. This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of work culture and work motivation towards employee performance in Solusi Cooperative Jakarta. The research was conducted over two month from February to March 2014. The research method used is survey method with the causality approach. The research population was all employees Solusi Cooperative Jakarta as much 45. The sample of this study were all employees of the cooperative used as many as 45 employees by using census techniques. Data variable Y (performance), data variable X1 (work culture) and the data variable X2 (work motivation) questionnaire using likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 16.0. From the result of Ftest, found that Fcount (18,219) >Ftable (3,22). This means that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce tcount of X1 is (4,061) = ttable (2,016) and X2 (3,158) = t table (2,016). Because tcount > t table ,it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the work culture and work motivation towards employee performance. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,439 or 43,9% variable Y determined by X1 and X2 . Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is Y = 8,113+0,566X1 +0,560X2 . Beside that, the result of Adjusted R2 eqqual to 0,465 wich means that work culture and work motivation can explained employee performance eqqual to 43,9% and 56,1% explained with another variabel.
