Abstract

This paper has a purpose to know about filling system of archive in Medical Record Division at Anna Medika Hospital. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data throught library and observation. From writing result can conclude d that in filling of archival needed good filing system and proper and adequate equipment so that files that have been saved can be easily recovered.
