Abstract

ABSTRACT YUNITA. The Influence of Learning Goal Orientation and Self Efficay toward Performance on Employee At PT Safarindo Internusa. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentrations of Education Administration Office, Educational Studies Program in Economic, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2012. This study aims to determine the Influence of Learning Goal Orientation and Self Efficay toward Performance on Employee At PT Safarindo Internusa. This research was conducted over three months from November to January 2012. The research method used is survey method through causality approach. The study population is an employee of PT Safarindo Internusa. The sampling technique is simple random proportional technique (Proportional random sampling) as many as 58 samples. The instrument used to obtain data on the X1 variable (Learning Goal Orientation) Likert scale, X2 (Self Efficacy) using replica of New General Self Efficacy (NGSE) and Y variable (Performance) is secunder data from company. Data account which used is SPSS 17.0. From the results of F test, found that Learning Goal Orientation and Self Efficay simultaneously influence to performance seen from F count (25,398) > F (3,17). Then partially, Learning Goal Orientation t count (3,528) > t table table (2,00). That means that Learning Goal Orientation has a significant positive effect to Performance. Self Efficay has t (3,567) > t (2,00). That means that Self Efficay has significant positive effect to Performance. Beside that, the result of R table 2 equal to 0,480 which means that Learning Goal Orientation and Self Efficay can explained Performance equal 48% and 52% explained with another variable.
