Abstract

ABSTRACT LIA SRI LESTARI. 8125082683. The Influences of Accounting Training Effectiveness and Work Motivation on Performance of Employee at Cooperative Tankers Pertamina Shipping in North Jakarta. Scription. Jakarta: Concentration of Cooperative Economic, study Program of economic. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to determine how much influences of the effectiveness of training and work motivation on performance of employee at Cooperation tankers pertamina perkapalan in North Jakarta, conducted from November 2012 to December 2012. This study uses a survey method with the corelational aproach. In this research, the population is Cooperation employee in Tankers pertamina perkapalan, and then 30 employee is the popolation sampled. Result of data analysis techniques as follows : all variables on this study have normal distribution and satisfy the assumption of linearity. Optained multiple regression equation Y=.34,397 + 0,399X1 + 0,421X2. Test of regression coefficients simltaneously using ANOVA tables. This shows a significant and influential regression simultaneously, test of partial correlation using correlation tables. Test of variable X1 get t count = 3,607 and t critical = 2,052. This indicated variables X1 is influence of variable Y. Test of variable X2 get t count = 3,622 and t critical = 2,052. This indicated variables X2 is influence of variable Y. Test yield coefficient of determination R2 = 0,601. This indicated that 60,1% variable Y influenced by variables X1 and X2. Regression model in this study free of oberration of classical assumptions, namely the absence of symptoms of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Based on this research can be drawn the conclution that there is the influences of the effectiveness of training accounting and work motivation on performance of employee at Cooperation.
