Abstract
ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD NUR. The Effect of Fundamental Variables on Stock Price of Industrial Consumer Goods Companies that Listed in BEI period 2009 – 2013. State University of Jakarta. 2015. The aims of this research are: (1) to identify partially the effect of fundamental variables on stock price of industrial consumer goods companies, and (2) to identify simultaneously the effect of fundamental variables on stock price of industrial consumer goods companies. The period data used in this research is January 2009 – December 2013. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is taking 30 companies. The used technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that Closing Price (Stock Price), Cash Ratio, DER, and ROE have variety data movement, while TATO doesn’t have variety data movement. The results of multiple linear regression show that Cash Ratio and ROE partially have negative effects on stock price, but they are not significant. DER partially has positive effect on stock price, but it’s not significant. TATO partially has positive effect and significant on stock price. Cash Ratio, DER, ROE, and TATO simultaneously have significant effect on stock price. Keywords: cash ratio, DER, ROE, TATO, stock price.
