Abstract

PRITANIA WIDA PANGESTHIKA. 2014. 8143145203. Analisis Profesionalisme Pegawai Administrasi Pada STMIK Insan Pembangunan Diploma Degree of Secretary. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about administration employees’ profesisonalism at STMIK Insan Pembangunan. Research method that used id descriptive analysis, with searching data through library and observation. The writer found that the employees are often to postpone the task that given to them and less competency at administration. From the result of this paper it has conclusion that responsbility, knowledge of administration, skills, experience, and also knowing how to operate the computer are parts of professionalism to the administration employees at STMIK Insan Pembangunan.
