Abstract

AJENG WAHYUNINGSIH. 2012. 8223128309. "Analysis of the Service Quality on Transjakarta." Study Program DIII Marketing, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta.. This scientific work aims to determine how the quality of services delivered Transjakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through literature, and the service user questionnaire Transjakarta. From the analysis, it can be seen that consumers rate the Transjakarta good reputation. This can be measured from the time of service discipline, the performance of professional employees, the service is fast, the friendliness of the employees and the communicative and emphaty to the passenger. But there are still some problems in the clear signs of places in the neighborhood bus stop, completeness waiting room, arrival and departure bus, and environmental safety bus stop.
