Abstract

ABSTRACT Setyawati Widodo, 2012;Customer Value and Brand Image to Customer Loyality of Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) Kartu XL (Survey In The Audit Board of Republic Indonesia Employee under Secretary General). Thesis, Jakarta: Program Management Studies, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2012. This study aims to determine the relationship between customer value and brand image with customer loyalty. This study used questionnaires a means of collecting data. Location of the study was conducted at Office Center of The Audit Board of Republic Indonesia in Jakarta. Analysis of this research is accomplished using the statistical application SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 18 for data processing. Results of hypothesis testing through t test shows the influence of customer value variable to variable loyalty customer, the influence of brand image variable to customer loyalty, while F test show customer value and brand image jointly influence of the customer loyalty. Based on the determination of the coefficient of 37.5%, then the variation of 37.5% of the loyalty customer is determined by a variable customer value and brand image.
