Abstract

ADI ASHARI. 2009. 8223097612. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ANALYSIS AT PERUM PEGADAIAN BRANCH Kampung. AMBON Program Studi DIII Manajemen Pemasaran, Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Scientific work aims to determine how the Customer Satisfaction Analysis at Perum Pegadaian Branch Kampung Ambon.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through a literature study and field study. Pegadaian is to bridge the funding needs of society,society by giving money mortgage loans under the law. The services provided to customers is to serve customers who borrow money by mortgaging goods such as gold, as well electronic securities. From the results of the writing can be seen that to increase customer satisfaction in the midst of competition to the free market, not only quality products are affected but the quality of service that the service should be completely up to increase services to customers.
