Abstract

DIAN RAHMAWATI, The Correlation Between The Strategy Of The Teachers Communication With The Studi Effectiveness To The SMK in Pancoran Mas Subdistrict The Depok City. Thesis. Jakarta : Study Program of Commerce Education, Departement of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University Of Jakarta, June 2012. Purpose of this research is to find about the possibility a positive The Correlation Between The Strategy Of The Teachers Communication With The Studi Effectiveness To The SMK in Pancoran Mas Subdistrict The Depok City. The period of this research was four month, since March 2012 until June 2012. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research are all of the teachers from 10 SMK in Pancoran Mas subdistrict. The reached population from 3 SMK were 120teachers. The sampling of this research were 89teachers with sampling error 5%. The sampling technique was theSimple Random Sampling Technique. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ =44,05 + 0,691X. The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variabel Y to variabel X is Normal Distributed. It is proved by the calculation that n = 89 used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0.05 that indicates Lcount (0,0937)< Ltable(0,0939). At the hypotesis test the significant and linear regression test are using Analysis of Variance table (ANAVA)It state the formula of regression is significant. The result of the linear regression test indicates Fcount (-2,72)< Ftable(1,65). It state the regression model is linear. The result of the significant regression test indicates Fcount (36,23)> Ftable(3,96). The coefficient of correlation counted by Product Moment Formula by pearson indicates rxy = 0,572while the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 6,51>ttable = 1,67because the result shows tcount > ttable the research indicates there is a significant correlation between the strategy of the teachers communication with the studi effectiveness to the SMK in Pancoran Mas subdistrict The Depok City. The counted of Determination coefficient test indicates 32,73% the variance of variabel Y is Determination by variabel X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation The Strategy Of The Teachers Communication With The Studi Effectiveness To The SMK in Pancoran Mas Subdistrict The Depok City.
