Abstract

YUDHI SYAH FAJAR. 2012. 8223067823. Marketing Strategy Analysis Shipyard and Engineering Services at PT. DKB Galangan I Using the SWOT. DIII Marketing Study Program. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific work is aimed to find out marketing strategy shipyard and engineering service by using SWOT on PT. DKB Galangan I. The method use in this observation is qualitative descriptive analysis of secondary, data collection methods of the company and literature study. From the results of the writing can be seen that in the marketing strategy undertaken by PT. DKB Galangan I include promotions, among others through exhibitions, door to door, surfei boath, so that marketing costs incurred relatively small. And this marketing strategy is very effective to pursue and retain customers to continue using the services of the shipyard and engineering of this company. PT. DKB Galangan I also promote themselves by doing interactive marketing such as through an action, where it is useful to measure consumer response over the company.
