Abstract
This study has the objective to see how the implementation of tax collection in Duren Sawit Primary KPP. After that, to see is there a barriers that exist in the implementation and what's the solution. In addition it aims to see the level of performance and effectiveness of the disbursement of arrears. The theory used is the theory - the theory of tax collection and tax collection policies. To see whether the Primary KPP durian plantations have been effective in its implementation. Data analysis technique used is to see the picture of the effectiveness of tax collection and disbursement efforts / arrears tax reductions.
