This study aims to obtain data / facts right (Shahi, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable) about how far the relationship between motivation to work with the work productivity of employees in PT. Jotun Indonesia West Cikarang. The study was conducted over four months from March to June 2012. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The study population was all employees of PT. Jotun Indonesia West Cikarang totaling 44 employees. Study sample as many as 30 employees of the production, by using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (Work Motivation), kuesiner shaped instrument used, the distribution to the employees of PT. Jotun Indonesia West Cikarang, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. As for the variable Y (Employee Productivity) used secondary data from the data document Employee Productivity Assessment PT. Jotun Indonesia. Reliability of the results of the X variable (motivation Employment) of 0,958. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding that the regression equation was Ŷ = 41.74 + 0.313 X. Next is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the test and earned Liliefors formula and the result is Lo= 0.111 in significant level 0.05 and Lt = 0.133. So Lo < Lt, mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. While regression linierity test, Fcount (1.47) < Ftable (2.09), showing that regressing is linier. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (13.89)> Ftable (4.07), showing that regression. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient significance test, is rxy 0.498. continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with test-t. counting result is tcount = (3.73), while ttabel on dk = n - 2 = 44-2 = 42 and significance level 0.05 is 4.07and so tcount > ttabel. From counting, node that it has significance relation between of determination coefficiency tes is rxy2 = 0.4982 = 0.2485. mean that 24.85% variation in labor productivity is determined by the motivation of employees of the company. Conclusions of this study is that there is a positive relationship between motivation to work with the work productivity of employees at PT. Jotun Indonesia West Cikarang.
