Abstract
Name : Syuaif Prizal Courses : S1 Akuntansi Reguler Title : Analysis of Influence Intellectual Capital and Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company's Performance This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of intellectual capital and employee stock option program on company performance. Company's performance in this study measured using profitability ratio of ROE. Meanwhile, intellectual capital is measured by using VAICTM, and employee stock option program (ESOP) by using the proportion of stock options (POS). This study used a non-financial companies listed on the Stock Exchange, with purposive sampling method, sample of companies are 8 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period from 2010 to 2013 and after fulfilling certain criteria studied for 4 years to be 32 observational data. The results showed a significant influence of intellectual capital on company performance and otherwise there is no significant influence of employee stock option program on company performance. Therefore we can conclude that only variable is intellectual capital that affect the company's performance in Indonesia, while the employee stock option program (ESOP) has no effect on company performance in Indonesia.
