Abstract

ABSTRACT INNE CYNTHIA. “Differences In Job Satisfiction Between Employee Either Receive or Not Receive Job Rotaion In The PT . Geodis Wilson Indonesia” Research. Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. May 2015. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the the differences in job satisfaction between employee either receive or not receive job rotation in The PT . Geodis Wilson Indonesia . This research have been done for two month since March until April 2015. The research used Ex Post Facto method with the compared causality. The populations research consist of all employee of PT . GEODIS Wilson Indonesia withtotal 200 employees with affordable population 45 employees on operational division. The sample consist of 40 employees with composition 10 employees who received rotation and 30 employees not received rotation. Job satisfication’s data obtaine with using instrument have likert scale form. Beside used with test of validity and realibility with Alpha Cronbach. Reability result is 0,947. Analysis data techniques is differential test (t test), requirement test data with normality and lilefors test, and homogeneity test data with F test. Normality result data for X variable is Lcount 1 (Lo) = 0,105 , compared with L (Lt) for n=10 on degree of significancy 0,05 is 0,294. Then Lo (0,105) ¸Lt (0,294). This means variable data X table is normal distribution. While the result data normality test for X 2 variable is L count 1 (Lo) = 0,055, compared with L (Lt) for n=30 on degree of significancy 0,055 is 0,161, then Lo (0,055) < Lt (0,161). This means variable data X2 is normal distribution. Result of data homogenity test with F (table) is2,90 andFo (Fcount) 1.53 then Fo (count) < Ftable. This means both two data has homogenous variance. Conducted with differential test with T count t result is 3,896 , compared with T is 2,04 then T count (3,896) > T is 2,04. This counting result can be conclude that this research has a difference between job satisfication beteen employee either receive or not receive job rotation.
