Abstract

ABSTRACT MARINA APRILLIANI. The Influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation to Job Satisfaction of employees at PT Platon Niaga Berjangka in Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Education Concentration of Office Administration, Program Study of Economics Education, Departemen Ecomonics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, January 2015. This research aimed to determine the influence between organizational culture and motivation to job satisfaction of employees at PT Platon Niaga Berjangka in Jakarta. This research be done about four months calculated from September 2014 to December 2014. There is research method that be used is survey method by causality approach. Population in this research is all employees of PT Platon Niaga Berjangka in Jakarta which amounts to 65 employees. Sample that be used about 55 persons by using simple random sampling technique. Data processing in this research use SPSS program of 18.0 version. Base on F test be known that F count (44,115) > F (3,18), means Ho be refused, so that can be concluded the organizational culture (X table 1) and motivation (X ) simultaneously influence to job satisfaction (Y). While base on t test be known that t 2 from organizational culture (5,497) > t table (2,02) and t count hitung of motivation (4,926) > t (2,02) so the conclusion is organizational culture (X 1) and motivation (X table ) have positive influence that significant to job satisfaction (Y). And the result of path analysis test be gotten high of influence for organizational culture (X 2 ) to the job satisfaction (Y) by to be moderator of motivation (X) is about (0,173), it can be concluded that there is indirect influence between organizational culture (X2) to job achievement (Y) that to be moderator by motivation (X ). Beside that, the result of R² equal to 0,629 that means job satisfaction be influenced by variable of organizational culture and motivation is about 62,9% and 45,6% is influence by other variable which is not to being observed.
